Unfinished Cable (the wire) Install

Earlier this year, a technician came to the house, check settings and went outside to check the cable coming into the house, etc. He ordered a new wire to be installed from the house to the mainline. I just noticed yesterday that it was run from the yard several months ago but never connected. It's just sitting rolled up against the house. How do I get it connected correctly??

Hi @user_dl7y36 Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our team can help you with your installation details. I recommend downloading the XFINITY App as it’s free.

From there you will log in with your primary username and password to view your installation details for your services and account.

You can also check the email confirmation we sent with your installation and package details. 

If you need to locate your XFINITY username you can follow the steps in this link xfinity.com/username.

To reset the password you can use this link or the option on the sign in screen. http://www.xfinity.com/password
