Unfairly charged

Hi I had Ixfinity for many years in my apartment, and I moved to new address. I went to local chicago ixfinity office and changed address. After using in my new apartment couple months I canceled service, cause my building provides internet for free, it works properly. I didn’t see necessary of having own additional internet service. But after cancellation I found that the guy in Ixfinity office did not only change address more over he put me into new contract. Thats how they sell new contracts without letting me know!! Its ridiculous! And I received termination fee! Its ridiculous! I should not pay termination fee! I call customer service, but this team in oversea and doesn’t helpful, the dont understand the issue itself!
