Unfair deceptive practices
I’ve been with Xfinity for years and I have never had such horrific service horrific customer service. They transfer me around. They make changes to my account when they claim it’s me every month. They change what I owe. They took me out of the ultimate TV package and then made me go into the popular when I did not want you. They have told me I have a weak connection. I’ve had technicians come out and they don’t fix it then They wanna hang up on me. We want to try to create confusion. I am sick and tired of being treated this way, my services were accessed by another tenant constant notifications of new devices connected to my Wi-Fi when I’m the only one at home I filed a complaint and executive relations. Call me and said no we’re not gonna put you back in your plan with your price Guarantee that you had until February 20 26 and 2027 they laugh at me. It’s a joke I don’t need somebody to help me change my Wi-Fi name and password they told about business bro all that I’m talking about, but they make me pay every month and then threaten. I don’t pay this amount by this day. They suspend my services and make me pay reconnect fees and sick and tired of this treatment and I’m trying to get.Price for just internet and YouTube tv won’t give it to me my services never work correctly, so what am I supposed to do? I am moving and I have any Internet service provider and I think I’m going to go with a competitor. I’ve asked for new equipment when the check comes out when the tech shows up, he doesn’t have new equipment. They are rude and nasty and just robbing us they go in and they change things when they want to and then they try to confuse you but they’re billing. I’m supposed to be on a two price chair guarantee and they’re trying to say I’m getting $35 off when I’m not they got me back up almost $300 again when it was 216 so I don’t know what to do. I am tired as I’m thinking that they have us by the throat things. Wait until you pay your bills and then rip you off. I’m going to pile a complaint with all the agencies, including the FBI because I am tired of this cyber harassment I am tired of like I said being ripped off unacceptable and then I’ll get an attorney and I don’t care about the arbitration clause. OK they ship that in there so like I said they think they can just rip us off and we can’t take them. I’m sorry but I’m not going to go into a lower price plan and then they still try to get me up $300 and try to increase our charges starting today and they get a modem truck and there’s a problem I’ve gone through every place I can and all goes back to your Internet service provider. I also got little privacy warnings saying that I’m blocking others from getting my information in Jada I thought that’s the purpose commercial spent all this money trying to Lawyer in the waste of time to keep on happening and say we’re closing for the day.
