Unfair and deceptive sales practices

I’ve been a loyal Comcast/Xfinity customer for 30 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a phone under the understanding it was a trade-in transaction, but I later learned it was not, leaving me paying nearly double what was promised.

The reality is, I would not have made the purchase without the trade-in offer. I took a personal day off work, losing over $300 in income, to go to the store and resolve this issue — only to be told that someone “just emailed” and no resolution was offered.

I submitted feedback via the SVP escalation form and emailed the Board, but have yet to receive any meaningful response. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and financially harmful.

I hope Comcast/Xfinity takes this seriously and improves both honesty in sales and customer resolution processes.
