Unexplained internet disconnection

Xfinity decided to be the Grinch this year and disconnected my internet without any explanation as to why. I've been down for over 72 hours and they've refused to help me. I've called 9x, talked to 15 different analysts, and 2 supervisors across 3 different departments and nobody can tell me what is happening or when it will be fixed.

I keep hoping they're heart will grow 3x soon cause its looks like they're going to ruin Christmas

I'm so sorry to hear your services were disconnected without notice. That is definitely not the kind of experience we want for our customers, especially during the holiday season. 


I see it has been a few days since you created this post and I wanted to check in to see if you were able to get re-connected or if you were still in need of a hand?
