Unexplained bill increase

My bill (which was conveniently set on autopay so I wouldn’t notice) went up from $25 to $95 with no explanation. This is an unacceptable increase and I’m close to canceling my service entirely because their AI bot talks in circles with no solutions and no ability to talk to a live agent.
