Unexpected Rate increase

I hate this company will increase your bill without ANY NOTICE. Then will charge you extra for past due payments. I was told my bill would be 116 monthly JUST FOR INTERNET. I happened to get on my app and saw I had past due payment. My bill was 193... 😡😡. PLEASE FIND YOU ANOTHER INTERNET COMPANY. THEY'RE GETTING OVER ON US
