Undetermined outage

The outage map shows nothing besides our address for an outage and the estimated restoration keeps getting pushed back further and further. I work from home and I need connection

Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance, 1joe2002. The easiest way to stay updated during a service interruption is through our website or the Xfinity App. Those always have the most current information, and you can also enable text alerts, so we can notify you as soon as we have an estimated resolution time. If you see the timeframe change, that simply means our team is still actively working to fix the issue. The best we can do is wait for the repair to be completed.
