Undergrounding from pole to house
We are undergrounding PG&E from the pole to our house and need to do the same with Comcast. Can someone please let us know how to get this started? We have tried multiple avenues to no avail and will need to change providers if we can't get this resolved.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
