Underground Lines
I have two areas of concern. The fiber line to the house has been laying on the ground for 2 month now. One subcontractor did trench in a conduit for the fiber line, but it was above ground in placed, kinked in others, and no pull rope for the xfinity technician to pull the fiber. So it is still sitting on the ground. Several tickets were opened but no work has been done and all tickets have been closed or disappeared.
The second issue is when the subcontractor directional bored the main line along the road they left several areas of my yard damaged and need to be repaired. That too has been relayed to customer service and tickets opened, but either closed or disappeared.

Hello, @user_p8ykny Let's get that fiber line buried and your yard damage addressed. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
