Underground cable

I have contacted you and received a job # [Edited: "Personal Information"] and was told that someone will contact me. 

Well I was told this on 6-26-24 it is 7-8-24 now and no one has contacted me

I have FPL  coming out and they are going to bury their cable.  I would like to get this done at the same time. 

I would appreciate if someone would call or schedule something.

Where do I go to schedule this ?  I tried your suggestion to go to the right hand corner. but I can not find it.  also what is a DM ?
