Underground Cable Replacement - Due to Home Construction

Hello

Wanted to see whom I need to talk to for an underground cable replacement. Our home is currently undergoing construction and as part of it, we already had to trench for an upgraded electrical service. Since all of the utilities are next to each other behind the home, I wanted to have comcast replace the existing underground cable just under the sod with one in the deep trench (preferably in a conduit). Please let me know whom I need to reach out to for this. Luckily since the trench is already done and the conduit for the electrical service is already in place, it should be straight forward to just place the new conduit right next to it.

@XfinityEmilyB​ Services are currently working fine. This is purely precautionary as the current cable is only an inch under the grass and the trench is 24 inchs deep.
