Underground Cable Line Installation
I have been waiting for a new cable line to be buried in my yard since July 5th. Someone came and marked my yard within a few days, another crew came with a pickup and a roll of cable, but left after 10 minutes. Since then nothing has happened. I was told it would be scheduled within 14 days. I know i'm inside of 14 dyas still but looking for an update or call/contact. Why did that crew leave with the cable spool and not do the work? I have not heard from anyone. The call center is a complete joke and only leads to more frustration. Enough is enough I need to schedule this service ASAP. I have no Cable TV and no internet. And all i get is someone asking if i want Xfinity mobile. of course not...i can't even get TV at my house.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
