Underground Cable Installation
I set up my account and requested service on 6 Jan 23. The Xfinity tech has been out to my property several times. I'm waiting for COMCAST to bore a hole under the private road next to my property to run Comcast cable from their box to the internet cable that is already run from my house to the road.
I was called by a tech around 27 March 23, stating that a permit was needed from the county. I called the county today and 1. No permit was requested for my property and 2. No permit is required for boring a hole under the road to run the cable from the Comcast box to my side of the road.
Someone help!
