Underground cable installation support, HELP ME!
I have been trying to setup my internet on my new address for last 45 days and counting. I picked up the router and thought I would find a conduit and install it myself. Found that my new address did not had any conduit. There is cable on the pole across the road but xfinity had to have someone come in to get the cable across the road. Here is where the frustration journey starts. Xfinity being such a big company, I never thought the customer support system is so broken. I have talked to several agents in last 45 days and no one has any clue. They already charged my service fee and also started charging me on monthly for account which is not even started. Account rep says my account needs to be active in order for them to process cable installation and that's why they have to charge me. There is no communication between support and the actual tech service person who comes in. Support rep confidently claims something which never happens. Few tech installation guys came in only to tell me that it was a wrong ticket created. We need digging the cable under the street. They give me installation windows and no one shows up. Even if someone calls, they say they need to create right internal ticket for this and then no one calls back. This is ridiculous and literally a joke. This is last try I have before I call report to BBB. I have three people working from home and we need high speed. I have no better option for high speed and xfinity is taking advantage of that. Customer support is useless at this point.
Can someone point me anything which can help me, PLEASE?
