Underground cable install?

Hi there,

Was having landscaping done and they cut the line coming into the house.  Yes it was all marked.  Xfinity came out and did a temporary fix with the intention of laying a new line from the street and burying it.  Had the yard marked/flagged within 5 days.  That was 6 weeks ago and I can't get anyone to respond with what the status is and when something will be done.  The info online states there has been a delaying at the flagging step, the chatbot refuses to talk back after a dozen attempts trying to get an update, there is no email and the options to seek interaction pointed me to a community forum.

If you don't want me as a customer, say no more, there are plenty of new providers aching for customers.  Yes, my aggravation from the lack of information has me right there.

I have the exact same issue.  Comcast laid a new line in my yard last week of July.  I have called at least 8 times since Sept 1st to get them to come bury the line.  We line in a ski resort, and the machines are going to start coming through to vacuum up the fallen leaves.  I have warned Xfinity that there is a good chance they will vacuum up the cable too.  They obviously do not care.  Every person I speak to guarantees me they will make it happen.  This is the first time in over 15 years that I have had such horrible customer service.  And the AI bot makes it virtually impossible to get to a human without screaming "representative" into the phone about 20 times.  I would love for someone who can make this happen to contact me.
