Under valued as customer

I’m feel very undervalued as a loyal customer. Promos for existing customers are worth pennies. I have repeatedly signed contracts over the years, but once they end, Xfinity raises the prices and offers very meager discounts. New customers are offered heavily discounted services. Why is that? Why not treat repeat customers better?
