Unclaim "Free Camera" Reward
I just joined Xfinity Rewards and saw an offer for a "free" indoor camera. I was already skeptical but I clicked on it and it says it's getting ready to ship now, and that I will be billed monthly for it. I did not accept the Terms & Conditions yet, but it looks like I'm already locked in. I think someone needs to inform the right people that this offer is extremely misleading, seemingly uncancellable, and uncharacteristically malicious for a reputable company like Xfinity. But for now I will just request that my reward be unclaimed and that I will not be billed for something advertised as free.

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
