Unburied temporary cable creating severe safety hazard on my property for 30+ days

Hello,
I am writing to get immediate corporate escalation for a severe safety and liability hazard on my property.
Exactly 30 days ago, a Comcast technician ran a temporary above-ground service cable across my private backyard to connect a neighbor's house. This line is not sitting within a standard utility easement and completely cuts across my lawn.
Leaving this line exposed for a full month completely violates Comcast's standard 14-day policy for temporary lines. Because it is unburied, it presents a constant tripping hazard for my family and prevents me from safely mowing or maintaining my backyard.
I require a corporate support agent to review this case immediately, issue an emergency drop-bury work order, or relocate the line entirely off my private property.
Please contact me via private message so I can provide my address, contact details, and photos of the hazard.
Thank you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @user_ovcjbi , and I sincerely apologize for the frustration and safety concerns this situation has caused. I completely understand how concerning it must be to have an exposed temporary line crossing your property for an extended period, especially when it presents a tripping hazard and interferes with maintaining your yard. We'd like to get this addressed as quickly as possible. To open a ticket and engage the appropriate local team for review, please send us a private message with your full name, service address, best contact phone number and email address.  Once we receive that information, we'll be happy to investigate further and work toward getting the proper burial or relocation request submitted. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to help resolve this issue.
