Unburied Comcast Cable from Street to House

It has been 3 months since the Comcast Tech installed the fiber optic cable from teh street to the house. I was promised that the cable would be burried within 2 weeks. It has not been burried. It is a tripping hazard and an issue when cutting and maintaining the lawn.  Is there someone I can contct to esculate the issue to higher ups.  I have reported the issue several times via the call in help number.  Thanks.  Michael [Edit: Personal Information]

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_sshyxu Thank you for reaching out! We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. Have you noticed if the local underground utility locating service has been out to mark the cable burial site?

Yes the utilities were marked (10 weeks ago) but Comcast never came to bury the cable. The paint is long gone now. The underground utilities would need to be remarked.
