Unburied cable

Hello, I have an unburied orange cable that is cause a hazard and safety issue. The cable is running from my yard to my neighbors yard. I have asked Xfinity to bury this cable numerous times. It’s been here for at least 2 months. What can I do to get this cable buried asap. It is in the way of cutting my grass as well.
