Unburied Cable Hazard - Over a Month

New customer here. Temporary drop cable was laid over a month ago and I’ve heard nothing about it getting buried. It’s created a hazard/liability for the business property the cable runs over and I’m not going to be surprised if it is ran over by the property owner’s mower as he is growing impatient about it.

I’d appreciate at least a timeline, I’ve been having a lot of issues with Xfinity from the start and feel I made a mistake choosing their home internet.
