Unburied Cable for 4 MONTHS

There has been an unburied cable in my yard for 4 months. A team finally came over a month ago to bury it, dug several holes and STILL did not bury the cable. Now I have several holes, mud piles and an exposed cable in my yard. When is someone going to fix this?!?!?!

To be clear, the yard has been marked TWICE already for other underground cables.

Hello @user_t9xro0, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about this experience. I can absolutely understand your frustration. Having an exposed cable in your yard for four months is bad enough, but to have a crew come out, leave multiple holes and dirt piles behind, and still not complete the work is understandably upsetting and not the experience we want for our customers. How to send us a direct message: 

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary. 
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon. 
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support." 
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. 
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. 
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. 
  8. Press Enter to send it.
