What steps can I take to unblock an accidentally blocked email address?

we4richards what type of email service are you using? Are you signed into https://connect.xfinity.com using a Comcast.net email account?

I am no longer able to receive emails to my comcast email address from my work gmail account. According to our IT department, it is xfinity blocking them. Why? The account is a gmail business account [Edited: Personal Information]

How do I find the IP address or subnet that is blocked?
