Unblock My Business Website

I sent this message yesterday and received an email this morning saying that my site is gonna continue to be blocked, without explanation. How do I resolve this issue without knowing what criteria I am being measured against. Please give me a contact so that I can speak with someone to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate the help.

I am the owner and developer of ylleader.com, which is a secure volunteer coordination app. Recently, I’ve been made aware that Xfinity’s SafeBrowse.IO service is blocking access to my site for some users. I am requesting a review and unblock of my domain.

Here are the steps I’ve already taken to ensure security and compliance:

  • Verified SSL: I’ve checked the SSL certificate against multiple independent services (including SSL Labs), and it confirms the certificate is active, valid, and properly installed.
  • API Security: All APIs in my Bubble application are locked down to prevent unauthorized use.
  • Security Review: The app has been checked using Bubble’s built-in security tools, and no vulnerabilities were reported.
  • Code & Plugin Cleanup: I have removed unused plugins and JavaScript that could trigger false positives.
  • Privacy Measures: I have implemented strict privacy rules on my app’s data to ensure no sensitive information is exposed.

This is a small, private web application for a group of volunteers, and I’ve invested significant time and resources to build it securely. At this point, I would like SafeBrowse to either:

  1. Unblock YLleader.com, or
  2. Provide details on what specifically is causing it to remain blocked, so I can correct the issue immediately.

Thanks. Yes, twice I’ve reported it through that form with no explanation as to why the site is being blocked, only the same exact reply as if automatically sent. I’m at my wits end, how do I resolve this issue?
