UNBELIEVABLE

I see others have fallen victim to XFINITY and the lies ! I got roped into the mobile world with them about 8 months ago, and it's been a nitemare ever since ! It comes down to ONE SIMPLE THING: "customer service" people OUT AND OUT lying to get you to agree to terms, then it doesn't pan out afterwards. I am still battling the mess and WILL NOT GIVE UP. Probkrm is, I can't get one person that has any clout to come to the table and hear the facts, just the same scoundrels that got me here...I want CORPORATE INVOLVED now, EVEN THAT is a brick wall....someone is going to straighten this out, no MATTER WHAT

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
