Unbelievable bad service (and really expensive)

I just signed up with Xfinity.  My first impression:  of all the cable providers I have had, Xfinity is SO FAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST AND RATES A "C-" at best.  I SHOULD MENTION THAT I AM IN MY MID 80s AND HAVE HAD CABLE TV IN NYC, CHICAGO, DC AND NORTHERN VA SINCE THE 1980s.  It's  really hard to believe that the FCC lets Xfinity get away with their terrible serbice.  I am restricted in having cable providers because i reside in a Senior Living Community (apartment).  If I  were able I WOULD DEFINITELY "NOT" reside where Xfinity is the provifer.
