Unbearable/unhelpful overseas customer service
When Xfinity decided to save money by outsourcing their customer service to overseas agents, it was the worst move! There's a language barrier, the culture differences, the "take it or leave it" choices! I almost never get anything resolved when talking to overseas agents! I can see why customers are leaving Xfinity in droves for their inferior & unhelpful customer service to their sky high prices. 20 plus years with Xfinity & it just keeps getting more expensive. Xfinity is considered the unchosen choice with Internet & Cable. I used to like Xfinity, now I will commit to getting rid of Xfinity this time for good!

My post, and even your response, is not going to change a single thing with how Xfinity customer service agents are not helpful. As well as the cost to have Xfinity services. Over $200 a month for Internet & cable?! That's insane!
