Unavailable to Cancel 3rd party subscription

It is extremely aggravating that I cannot cancel 3rd party subscription that were done through flex. How can we fix this? Why do you make it so difficult?

Hello, @user_c65d6c, it's important we provide you with accurate support and help you cancel those subscriptions. Are you able to let us know which services you are looking to cancel? I will do some research and let you know if we can cancel them or if you need to reach out to those service providers.
