UNAVAILABILITY OF LIVE AGENTS

If I could give NEGATIVE ZERO stars I would… I transferred services on Tuesday evening/night after work. I spent two hours only to not have my address updated correctly, too include the unavailability of no internet connection since the transfer. And, let's not forget the force field AI presence that is placed, as a deterrent from actually speaking to an agent to correcting the issue. Y’all take our money then make it difficult for us to get issues resolved. We as a people need to start holding companies like yours accountable, for not providing us with adequate communication to resolving our issues through your customer service department…. Making it extremely difficult for consumers to communicate with you is beyond annoying, too include unacceptable service rendered…
