UNAUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGES FOR OVER A YEAR

We have been a loyal customer of Comcast for a while. We just recently noticed that Comcast has been billing us with additional charge every month on top of our monthly internet service since June of 2024. We have tried to call and ask about those unauthorized charges, but they said that they cannot see it on their ends so there is nothing they can do about it. The bank statement obviously showed COMCAST charging at least TWICE a month for OVER A YEAR! This is robbery! We have spoken to them for at least 2 hours on the phone and they said they can not refund us for all of those unauthorized charges. We have trusted them to sign up for automatic monthly payment but we have been over charged all this time with no resolutions.
