Unauthorized plan change

Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 12:35:36 PM PDT

I drove an hour to the Xfinity store in Aberdeen, Wa to return an unrequested unused piece of equipment at the request of Xfinity.
Instead of allowing to simply drop off the box I was scammed by an Xfinity Employee.  I was literally detained by this employee, asked for my ID then asked to respond to a text with link for a request?  I did not click the link, so the Employees overrode the txt/link and proceeded without my interaction. At this point I went on to ask what was this all about and why am I still here?  During this time, I advised several times that I do not want any changes made, the employee repeatedly confirmed that she was NOT making any changes to my account or billing.

The next thing I know, my account had been changed, upgraded without my authorization or consent, and the billing more than doubled!

The employee of the Aberdeen Xfinity Store by Comcast made this change without my consent.

I explicitly advised the clerk not to make any changes to my account.

I did not authorize an updated service.
I did not request to make this change.
I feel that I am a victim of crime - Please reverse this immediately.

The concern is not "Xfinity Compliments" related........ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG This is a complaint about the sales staff @ the Aberdeen store location who overrode the customer authorization system and changed my plan without my consent or authorization, even though I advised them several times that did not want to change my plan.  This is a very serious issue.
