Unauthorized payments

On this date 7/12\2026, I, did not give xfinity permission to take payments from my back account or debt card. Xfinity took upon themselves to withdraw $338, from my account and payment wasn't due until the 20th of this month July. Xfinity did this stealing [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] last month, from my checking account I never gave them permission to use any of my financial accounts. Im be with this company since it was Barden Cable. [Edited: "Political"]  I didn't give you permission to take my .oney, you saw a card where I pay from and took my money, I budget myself being on SSA. You were wrong im going to go to the media anywhere I can to expose you thief

I do understand this to be a huge inconvenience, I will see what I can do to fix this as soon as possible. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
