Unauthorized landline added to Xfinity account by Hattiesburg Mississippi store location
Just got the 50 dollars a months 1 gig internet plan online the other day. After I left the store from picking up my router I receive a message saying my bill would be $100 a month and that a landline was added to it. I have called multiple times in the last 2 days to have the issue resolved but the customer service representatives lie and say they fix the issue to get me off the line but it's still present.

To add for clarification, I live in a bad area. Think the representative at the store probably added a landline to my plan for commission. Regardless I've been given no help on the phone to resolve it and would be grateful for any help
