Unauthorized IPhone Purchase

Two iPhone purchases were purchased using my account but they were not authorized. I’ve attempted to call customer support several times and they have unsuccessfully been able to cancel the orders. I have not authorized the purchase and random individuals have been able to get my accounts information to make these purchases. Xfinity needs to improve their security because this has happened to many people according to online sources.
