Unauthorized hard inquiries
03/23 : i chat with xfinity assistant with upgrading simply my internet plan to unlimited Data. after i done it, this lady Arushi told me that i have scored a "DEAL" on a free line for a year. i asked if any trap or contracts on this i need to aware of? she said absolutely nothing.
After few minutes i received the email from Experian on hard inquiry. i was shocked. i checked the details and found it was XFINITY MOBILE. i asked the lady and she said they dont run any credit checks. after sometimes she said they run the soft check only. she even checked with supervisor.
Can you please resolve this meter immediately? i have been impacted on my score because of this unnecessary credit pull.
