Unauthorized Charges After Service Cancellation - Need Full Refund
To Xfinity Support Team,
I am writing to address persistent and unauthorized charges on my account. I cancelled my Xfinity services approximately five months ago. However, I am still being charged a monthly fee of $20.00 USD.
Every month that a charge occurs, I speak with an agent who assures me that the services have been fully cancelled and that no further charges will be made. Despite these assurances, the charges continue to appear on my bill.
I am currently outside of the United States and cannot contact support via telephone. The online chat is also unavailable to me as my account status appears as inactive.
I kindly request that a formal investigation be launched into my account immediately. I need the following actions taken:
- Permanent cancellation of all servicesassociated with my account to prevent any future charges.
- A full refund of all incorrect charges ($20/month for approximately 5 months) applied since the initial cancellation date.
Please confirm in writing once this matter is resolved.
