Unauthorized change of my internet service plan
Today I received a text alert for my next Xfinity internet bill. Then I looked into the billing statement and found the internet service plan was changed without my consent. During my chat with agents on Xfinity Mobile, the agents persuaded me to upgrade the plan but I didnot approve. How can this be? I believe this is against consumer law: change of service without customer's consent.

You don't say how your plan was changed. Was there an increase in your payment? If so, it could be that your promotion rolled off and you're being charged what is known as "every day pricing". Does this sound right or am I way off base? If you had a price increase you would have been notified in a previous billing statment.

I Have experienced the same issue, My Xfinity plan was changed without my authorization/consent. I never approved this change, yet my billing and services were updated. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but every agent only transfers me and no one actually fixes the issue.
