Unauthorized Cancellation Request
Hi
I have received emails about a cancellation request for the service at my address. I never requested cancellation, and also never approved it.
What do I do? I am having a hard time finding out with whom I should speak, and the xfinity assistant is not helpful in the matter.
Thank you

Hello, @user_0e1d7c. Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. Receiving an unexpected email like that would definitely cause some concern. Often times we find those types of emails could be spam, or a phishing attempt by a 3rd party. We would be more than happy to take a look at your account, and confirm the status. Please send us a direct message.
