Unapplied in-store Military upgrade,2 year mobile line and other diamond tier benefits delay

Hello, I am escalating an issue regarding the Xfinity Military promotion. On May 31, 2026, I attended an in-store appointment specifically to sign up for the "Xfinity Internet military deal." I physically presented my proof of military service to the representative, but they failed to apply my military verification and Diamond tier status to my account.

This error has caused a significant inconvenience  not including the significant $$$ value I could have saved on my past couple mobile phone service charges . I have had to hold off on activating my complementary Xfinity Mobile line because I am eligible for the military 2-year free line promotion, but the missing tier status prevents me from claiming it. 

Because I have already waited almost 2 months due to this oversight, I am asking for this to be resolved directly by the Digital Care team rather than waiting an additional 10 days through the automated portal. I am looking for a manual override to apply my status today, assistance attaching the 2-year mobile promotion, and a courtesy credit for the lost promotional value. I can't stress enough how important it is for me to  avoid spending hours of my time trying to remedy this inconvenient situation.

I have a screenshot of my official appointment confirmation explicitly stating the visit was for the military deal. Please let me know how I can securely send this screenshot and my account details to an official employee.

@danielg00767, thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums page and for your service to our country. The fastest and easiest way to enroll in our military benefits is by going to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/deals/military. What happens when you go through the enrollment there?

I physically walked into the Xfinity store nearly 2 months ago, spent almost 2 hours of my day signing up for service. The representative assured me  everything was taken care of and the military benefits / tier upgrade would reflect on my account within 2 weeks.  I already provided the required documents. I appreciate your suggestion although it's not an acceptable remedy for my situation as I am not technically savvy. For example, Im again having to inconvenience someone else by helping me post this.

I understand, and I appreciate your patience and partnership in getting this resolved. The webpage shared above is the fastest way to get it added. It also provides phone number 1-833-231-6446. Our team does not have a way to override or add military status on an account, but I'd like to do everything I can to help. Have you tried calling to check on the verification status?
