Unaligned offers

I was talking with an agent a couple days ago who said I could upgrade my internet to 1 gig for $50 per month. I told him that was great and I just had to check with my roommates. I asked if it would be okay to confirm the offer after I did so. He said I could come back whenever and the offer would still stand. I came back today to confirm and the new agent said that offer wasn't possible. He said he couldn't see the previous messages from the previous agent and all he could offer me was $70 for 300mbps. I then called Xfinity and they said they could offer me $40 for 300mbps... I asked if they could please see my messages with the original agent and they couldn't see messages with live agents either. So PLEASE can somebody look at the original messages I had with the first agent so Xfinity can stand on their word and have the first offer go through?
