Unable to view devices to return
I am trying to return an unused device. When I navigate to the device return page https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns, I am met with "Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now
Your equipment details are unavailable at this time. Please check back later to see if you're eligible for a device update." I have tried on multiple browsers with no success.

@user_yibxt8, thank you for using the Community Forum. We would be happy to assist you with returning your equipment. If you are not getting the equipment to pull up through your account, you can return it in person instead to any Xfinity service center or UPS store location.
