Unable to verify identity as new Internet customer

I’m a new customer trying to order Xfinity Internet. My email and phone number are verified, but checkout cannot verify my identity using my correct date of birth. I have already tried again in a private browser and called customer service, but the problem persists. Could an Xfinity employee please help me complete an identity screening so I can place my Internet order?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
