unable to use HEOS TuneIn on my Denon AVR-X2500H.

unable to use HEOS TuneIn on my Denon AVR-X2500H. Error code "Unable to stream from Tunein, Please try again later." 

I am user a8qc7n , 80 years old this year, and I do not have the visual ability or technical skills and background to troubleshoot.

For troubleshooting purposes and just to confirm, are you experiencing any other connection issues with your Internet? Or are you only unable to stream TuneIn on your receiver? Is your receiver connected via Wi-Fi, or is it directly connected to your router via Ethernet cable?
