Unable to transfer service because new unit is set as a business account
I am moving to a new apartment within the same building but the new apartment is set as a business account. I contacted support on multiple occasions and they keep telling me they are unable to change it. Ended up going to the store where the rep told me he can't change it and he needs to submit a service ticket. That was last week and the in person rep said no action was taken. I need assistance on this please. Thanks.
