Unable to switch plan using online Plan Builder
I have a legacy internet-only plan with 1.2TB data cap. I want to switch to one of the new internet-only plans with unlimited data.
However, the online Plan Builder shows that my current service includes "30+ TV channels" (though I never chose anything, nor does it appear in billing) and doesn't let me proceed without selecting a new TV package ("please select a service to replace each service within your current plan").
Do I need to somehow remove the current TV package first, or is there way to skip TV package selection in Plan Builder?

I am having this same issue!!! Except I have a home phone that I want to remove and upgrade my internet and such but i get the save message
