Unable to Signup - Xfinity Now
We've had Xfinity internet and recently cancelled as of July 1st. We've made multiple visits to the Xfinity store and called customer support but no one can help us successfully sign up for Xfinity Now internet. Keep getting "Sorry we are unable to process your order at this time. There is an open order for this account." So far the suggesting is to just keep waiting as the cancellation is maybe just taking a long time to process. In the meantime we're without internet at our house.

Before NOW services can be established, any active post-paid services would need to first be disconnected, so if you're not able to move forward with the NOW signup, it could indicate that the disconnect you requested has not yet finalized. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
