Unable to sign up for Unlimited Data

I have my own modem router and am trying to add Unlimited Data to my account for $30/month via this link (https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT). It just errors out with the following error code: DFPLN4000. Please help as I'd like to add this.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
