Unable to sign up for unlimited data?
I'm having unusually high data usage this month for some reason, but my husband and I both work from home for the forseeable future, so I'd like to purchase unlimited data.
However, I continually receive an error message when I go here:

How do I get this added to my account when there's no way to do it and the Xfinity Assistant has no ability to address this specific add-on? I'd really rather not do a phone run-around on this.
