Unable to sign up for rewards program
I have been an Xfinity customer for 8 months and I receive periodic emails re: signing up for Xfinity Rewards. However, each time I attempt to sign up I receive an error that my account is not eligible.

Thank you for reaching out @user_583dbf. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to join Xfinity Rewards. Xfinity Rewards is a program just for Xfinity customers. You must be at least 18 years old and be the primary user on a current Xfinity account in good standing. If you are getting the error that the account is not eligible please note that only primary Xfinity IDs are eligible to join Xfinity Rewards and not all account types are eligible for rewards. I would be happy to take a look and if needed put in a ticket to our reward team.

- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
